          Walk-ins are welcome during our normal business hours.  Flights after normal hours

          of operation available with a reservation.

Where do tours depart from?

All tours depart from the St. Augustine Airport.  For location and directions see Contact/Directions.

How many people can fly?

We have a two person minimum for launching a flight.  There is no maximum number of people.  For groups of nine or larger, discounts are available.  We will make every effort to seat individual travelers on a space available basis.

Do we need a reservation?

 For our daytime tours, reservations are not required.  Walk-ins are welcome during our normal hours of operation.  Reservations are available if desired.

For evening tours, such as the ‘Sunset’ or ‘Nights of Lights’, reservations are required.

How do we reserve?

In order to reserve, either call or email us the following information:

1. name

2. number of passengers

3. approximate individual passenger weights

4. name of tour

5. date and time you would like

6. telephone number on day of flight

7. credit card number and expiration date to hold time.

8. how did you hear about us?

If you email your request, we will confirm by return email.

What time do flights depart?

 Flights depart on a ‘walk-in’ basis throughout the day during our normal hours of operation.

How long are the tours?

You should plan on approximately 30-60 minutes from the time you arrive until the time you leave depending on which tour you select.

Is there an age limit?

 There is no age limit but children under the age of 5 must be accompanied by an adult.  Children pay full ticket price.

Is there a weight limit?

 Due to safety requirements, we cannot accommodate persons weighing more than 300 lbs.  All flights are subject to weight and balance limitations.
