Slogan Contest!!

We are looking for a slogan, of 10 words or less, that perfectly captures the essence of our helicopter tours.  The winning entrant will win a trip for three on our St. Augustine Beach and Old Downtown Tour.

Contest Rules:

1. No purchase necessary.  Enter as often as you like.  To enter, coin a slogan, of 10 words or less, that captures the essence of our helicopter tours.  All entries must be received by midnight January 31, 2007.  All entries become property of Old City Helicoptes, LLC.  Not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or otherwise undeliverable mail or for the return of any entry or its condition.

2.  Grand prize to be awarded is a gift certificate, valid for one year, for three passengers on our St. Augusitne Beach and Old Downtown Tour.  In the event that the winning slogan has been submitted by more than one person, a random drawing of those entries will determe the prize winner.  Decision of the judges is final.  Winner will be announced on this website on (or before) February 28, 2007.

3.  By submitting an entry, winner represents that it has complied with all contest rules.  In addition, by submitting an entry, winner authorizes the use of winner's name, photograph, or other likeness, biographical information, statements about the contest or Old City Helicopters, LLC, and the contest entry without compensation for purposes of advertising, promotion and merchandising and grants all rights in the entry to Old City Helicopters, LLC including the right to edit and/or copyright it.  Old City Helicopters, LLC shall have the right to require winner to execute a delcaration confirming the above prior to awarding the prize.  The delcaration must be returned within 14 days of the date of notification or an alternate winner will be selected.  Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

4.  Employees of Old City Helicopters, LLC and their immediate families are not eligible.  Prizes awarded to minors must be accepted by a parent.

5.  For winner's name and entry, send a self-addressed, stemped envelope to Old City Helicopters, LLC, 4900 US 1 North, Suite 400, St. Augustine, FL 32095.  Avalable until March 31, 2007.
